Operational support for various brands of Windows workstations from DOS based through Windows 10, multifunction printers, and telecommunications systems. Career expanded as into the areas of computer networking and systems administration using the Novell network operating system in the 1990s.

+Working as a consultant to numerous businesses delivering various technology solutions, Tom gained valuable project management experience in attention to detail without losing focus in seeing the bigger picture.
